There are many reasons why you may not be able to download your certificate. Please review the following:
1. Make sure you are on the correct website. For example, Transport Canada's Exam server may send students to our Boat-Ed website instead of the course they completed.
2. Verify all course material, including quizzes and exams, have been completed.
3. In some cases, you will simply need to log out of your course and back in to process the download.
4. Clearing your cookies and cache will eliminate possible corrupt cookies.
5. Chrome or Firefox browsers work best with our systems; if not already using one, please try this.
