Students taking the Nebraska Boaterexam course may be required to provide:

Quizzes and final exam
Boaterexam: Quizzes include 10 questions. Students must score 70% or higher to pass or they must redo the chapter. The final exam includes 60 questions, and students must score 75% or higher to pass. Students have unlimited attempts.
Study guide information
Boat-Ed offers a free online study guide for Nebraska.
The study guide is based on Boat Nebraska: A Course on Responsible Boating and is intended to help students prepare for classroom instruction or a proctored exam.
The study guide is not a certification course by itself. After studying, students must register for an in-person classroom session or test-out session to take a proctored exam.
After completing the course
After completing the Nebraska Boaterexam course, students can immediately print their temporary certificate.
