The card arrival time depends on the state/province for which you completed the course. Typically, if you completed the course in a state or province we send out the card, it will take 3-5weeks for the card to arrive in the mail if a plastic card is sent.
Alternatively, you can look at the bottom of your temporary certificate to see how and when you will receive your permanent card.
Note: If you took the online course in NJ, NH or AL there are additional education requirements to be fully certified. There are also states that don't send out cards, like Texas.
