Updating Your Name or Date of Birth
Once registration is complete, we can only update your name or date of birth if you provide a copy of a government-issued ID or official document.
Accepted documents may include:
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Marriage certificate
- Divorce certificate
Once we receive your document, our team can review your account and make the necessary correction.
Please note: If you have already completed the course, you may also need to contact your state or provincial agency directly so their records can be updated.
After your information has been corrected, you will be able to order a replacement card at ilostmycard.com, if needed.
Resetting Your Password
To reset your password, select “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
A password reset email will be sent to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
